Defrost in the fridge the night before. Place defrosted chicken on a foil covered baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes uncovered. Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Discard netting from chicken. Slice and enjoy!
Defrost in the fridge the night before. Warm up cooking oil to 350 degrees. Remove boudin balls from bag and re-coat boudin balls with panko crumbs or flour. Place boudin balls in oil for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Ready to serve!
Air Fryer Instructions:
Defrost in the fridge the night before. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees. Remove boudin balls from bag and re-coat boudin balls with panko crumbs or flour. Cook boudin balls for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Ready to serve!
Defrost burgers in the fridge the night before. Remove burgers out of the vac sealed bag. Reheat the burgers on the grill or cast iron skillet on the stove.

Place covered half pan of sides in an oven at 250 degrees for 1.5 hours or until internal temp is 165 degrees.
Whole Pan Instructions
Place covered whole pan of sides in an oven at 250 degrees for 2 hours or until internal temp is 165 degrees.
Defrost in the fridge the night before. Place vac sealed bag in a pot of boiling water for 30-45 minutes. Remove items from sealed bag and serve!
Place foil wrapped brisket in an oven on a baking sheet at 250 degrees for 1.5 hours or until internal temp is 165 degrees. If there is plastic wrap around the foil, discard plastic wrap only. (Do not slice until reheating is complete). Remove from oven and unwrap from foil and let it cool for 20-25 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
